COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Service Update


Dear Clients and Friends,

On behalf of Watauga Insurance, Inc., I want to personally contact you to make sure you know what to expect from us during this unprecedented event in our communities.


Our employees are back in the office and no longer working remote.  However, while we love to see our customers in our office, in times like these, we need to protect our employees and our customers.

Beginning Monday, April 20th, 2020 we are temporarily adopting an appointment-only plan for entry in our office for in-person service.

To work directly with an employee, please call us at 423-929-7103. Even though we are limiting access, we are still open for business and able to help with all your insurance needs.
